Hi, I’ m Stav,

and this “about me” should make you think I am that special someone to work with.

The truth is that “I am a human, after all” (definitely not an AI), with my passions, my fears, my dreams, and my good and lousy days_just like you.

I believe that if something makes people (and brands) special, that is their stories and what they’ve chosen to learn through them to continue to the next chapter or scene.

So, If you’re considering making me somehow part of your story, I guess you should know “a few” things about my story, too, right?

My story

*in screenplay structure

  • When Stav (10) was little, she didn’t know her job even existed. She was always a weirdo playing with words, so she (18) studied Greek philology at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and Greek & European Poetry at the Takis Sinopoulos Foundation, hoping to be part of some “Dead’s Poets Society”. Of course, she has met great people and learned a lot, but this never happened.

  • So, she (21) tried to follow her calling by bringing some revolution in the education industry, inspiring kids to learn history, literature and ancient Greek through art, their film trailers and performing storytelling. At the same time, she was working as a freelance editor for media such as LIFO, Athens Voice, Metropolis Free Press, and Duende online Magazine. Also, some of her poems and short stories were published in the Poetry Art Review poiein.gr, Thraka Magazine and Chartes Magazine. Still, she was trying to follow her calling and also pay rent.

  • One day, she (21) came up with a crazy idea to create a new online cultural magazine that later became one of Athen’s most beloved online cultural magazines. As the founder and editor-in-chief of LYKOS, she had the pleasure of discovering and working with over 150 artists from all over the world, curating more than 85 issues with original material. Through LYKOS, she organized exhibitions and events and partnered with the Lilian Voudouri Music Library of the Athens Concert Hall, the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, and various other art enablers in Athens. In those four years, she accomplished a lot, but she was younger and didn’t have the knowledge to make this project a profitable business.

  • Gaining a lot of experience through the LYKOS adventure, Stav (26) decided to progressively reposition herself in the modern environment as a copywriter and content strategist, both as a freelancer and in-house, developing digital content and drafting and launching communication and brand strategies. Starting from baby copywriter, she managed to evolve to senior copywriter, working 360 campaigns (many of which are awarded) for clients such as Motor Oil, Mars, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Google, Vodafone, Unilever, OTE, Lenovo, Absolut, European Union, Acropolis Museum, SNFCC and many more. Of course, all these come with the cost of working long hours and learning what means “burnout” and “writer’s block”.

  • During the Covid-19 pandemic and after a seven-year corporate career, she (30) intensively felt that she was reaching a no-turning point where she should redefine what time, life, and fulfilment are for her.

  • So, Stav (31) started her small business path as a freelance creative copywriter, communication & brand strategist. She also worked for the first time as a script consultant for short films, some of which were accepted in some of the world’s most acclaimed Film Festivals.

  • Working from the centre of Athens with global and domestic clients and agencies, Stav (33) leads various projects challenging herself daily, learning, evolving, and still exploring her purpose in life.

During this period, she is drinking a lot of coffee while working on her first poetry and prose book, “What The World Would Say?“with care, love and creative agony.

Awsome stuff
