“kindness is the only revolution
indeed”
What can I say about this project? It’s my first poetry book which for a long time, I kept it in a drawer. I was afraid to face it, afraid to let it see the light, because (like many “good girls”) I couldn’t stop thinking about what people would say.
Thanks to psychotherapy, and a few people who truly believe in me, the book finally found its way into the world. It was published by Kappa Publishing House—and in a way, it cast a spell on my fears. It took me to places I never imagined, brought me close to people I would have never met otherwise, and helped me see parts of myself I hadn’t noticed. It also made me a little less afraid to be exposed, to be myself, and to speak in my own voice.
And in the end, most people had kind things to say about this first step, which I’m deeply grateful for. Here you’ll see a glimpse of that journey.
To the next!
