Eperia - home is an experience.

When the two co-founders of an emerging real estate agency sought to establish a brand name, tagline, and visual identity that would embody their mission and set them apart from conventional competitors, they enlisted our expertise.

Following extensive brainstorming, we arrived at "Eperia" – a name derived from the terms "empeiria" (experience) and "experimentia" (experimentation).

Our creative rationale was straightforward yet inspiring: in an industry where experience often equates to knowledge, we aimed to underscore the significance of inventive and experimental thinking. Our goal was to demonstrate that a brand offering flexibility, alternative thinking, and personalized consulting could provide clients with a distinct and invaluable experience seldom found elsewhere.

We paired the name with the tagline "Home is an Experience," encapsulating the brand's conviction that a home transcends merely being a physical space—it represents an experience that warrants careful consideration and meticulous attention to detail.

Eperia's visual identity attested to this keen attention to detail, presenting a contemporary, bold, and striking visual landscape that differentiated the brand from conventional approaches. With this brand identity, Eperia emerged as a real estate agency that diverged from the norm and resonated with modern consumers.
