Twix & Coffee.

Coffee is always better when paired with a Twix® bar. Twix® bars come in pairs, so the question is, which one will you choose to dip in your coffee? Our primary goal was to make Twix® & Coffee the next big thing and localize the global tagline. However, we faced the challenge of the tagline "Right or Left (Twix® bar)" possibly carrying negative connotations (implying political parties).

In Greece, drinking coffee is more than just a habit – it's a daily ritual enjoyed alone or with friends. Coffee breaks in Greece are serious affairs that often last quite a while! But what could make drinking coffee even more enjoyable? Dipping a Twix® into it, of course. In collaboration with a popular YouTuber, we created a series of short videos featuring various personas such as music fans, fitness enthusiasts, and hipsters, all sharing a common love for Twix® and coffee. The videos demonstrated how dipping a Twix® into coffee enhances the experience.

After watching the videos, users were encouraged to upload a photo of their Twix® and coffee moment using the hashtag #TwixandCoffeeGr and enter a draw. Several influencers also participated and shared their Twix® and coffee experiences on social media.

To maximize enjoyment, Twix® partnered with efood, the top food and coffee delivery app, to include a Twix® product with every coffee order.

The results were impressive: the campaign reached over 400,000 views in the first couple of weeks, and nearly 1,470 people participated in the draw within a month. The Twix® and coffee trend was officially born, and people across Greece now have a new way to savor their coffee breaks.
